A twenty-four year old detective, Ryker Kingston is a cold, cynical young man who has a tendency to stick to himself.While living a fairly normal life these days, Ryker is still plagued by a past of abuse and the loss of his left eye at the hands of an ex boyfriend. He attempts to fit in and move past it all, although he still struggles with that, alongside his alcoholic tendencies.He may come off as blunt and uncaring to strangers, but anyone who gets close will come to find that he's actually a bit shy and awkward and maybe cares a bit too much and simply struggles to properly express his emotions.At some point within the last couple years, Ryker became the adopted father of the daughter of one of his ex-coworkers who passed in the line of duty. Despite being fairly young and inexperienced in parenting, he tries his best to provide for her, at the cost of his own free time and money.While his full-time job is working as a detective, Ryker also does some side jobs online, mainly small graphic design projects.

- Ryker was about four years old when his father left.- He knows how to play the guitar, although doesn't do so often anymore.- His real dream in life was to be a musician. He wouldn't entirely be opposed to it now, but he believes even if he tried now, he wouldn't get far.- Ryker can't cook or bake. At all. Every time he tries, he somehow manages to burn it. He usually sticks to microwaveable meals or asking for help.- His favorite anime is Sailor Moon.- He has three cats. One is named Clara, a one-eyed calico cat, another is Catzilla, an orange tabby, and the last one is called Usagi, a ragdoll kitten.- He doesn't often catch onto flirting or general interest in him. If he does, he's usually suspicious of the reasoning.- Ryker has a fear of spiders. Even the sight of one on a show or movie will make him jump.- Because of his job as a detective, that leads to people getting arrested and thrown in jail, he's often had people go after him. Usually for the purpose of 'revenge'.- While usually foul mouthed and rude, he tones it down significantly around his kid.- He still struggles with alcoholism, though he's managed to get it down since taking in Akira.- Ryker spends most of his free time playing games. He plays a lot of gacha games, rhythm games and farming sims.

She has a tendency to be a bit nosy towards her children, but has enough sense not to be too pushy. Despite having been left alone with three kids, she holds no ill-will towards her children and is always there for them when they need her.

Face Claim: Rei Suwa - Buddy DaddiesABOUT: The eldest of the Kingston children. A man who keeps his emotions on lockdown and only truly seems to care about his family. Due to their father leaving when they were all young, Laurence took a leading role in the family alongside his mother, ending with him growing up way too fast.
